Koraxon is autonomously governed by its community through a token-based DAO system, wherein decision-making authority is distributed via the KRXN token. Koraxon DAO maintains a degree of independence while remaining in harmonious alignment with Primavera’s broader VC vision. This governance framework ensures that paramount strategic, technical, and financial decisions are guided by the collective will of the community
