The Alchemist’s Assembly (DAO Voting)

The Koraxon DAO is structured around periodic community governance cycles, facilitated via Snapshot and Moloch DAO smart contracts.

• Voting Power: Each KRXN token represents one vote (1 KRXN = 1 vote). Users may delegate their KRXN tokens or cast votes directly.
• What the DAO Can Vote On: The DAO’s purview includes:
  • Startup project onboarding (Approved by Koraxon General Assembly) 
  • CTF creation or closure 
  • Treasury allocations (grants, marketing, dev funding) 
  • Listing/delisting tokens 
  • Protocol upgrades and integrations 
  • Membership tier benefits and staking logic
