Is Koraxon decentralized?

Koraxon uses a hybrid model. It is governed by its community of KRXN token holders through decentralized voting. However, to provide a user-friendly and compliant experience, it uses custodial asset management and centralized infrastructure for some services, like fiat payments and its crypto card.
